FREE ACCESS FOR INVESTIGATORS AND PROCESS SERVERS – REMOTE WORKING

 

The current situation caused by Coronavirus is placing a strain on many businesses in our sector. We, as a society, as an industry, all have our part to play in helping to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure we come out of the other side as quickly as possible.

 

In light of the recent social distancing measures implemented by the Government, and partial lockdown, many of our Colleagues and Friends have had no alternative but to close offices and set up home working environments.

 

Case Analytics is based around a collaborative model, ensuring that we look out for each other, and in these uncertain times, we at Case Analytics have taken the decision to support our Colleagues and Friends in the Investigative and Process Server sectors the best way we know how.

 

As from April, any Investigator and Process Server wherever they are in the world who wants to use Case Analytics to help with Remote Working can do so FREE OF CHARGE. No Subscription. No Case Entry Fees. (Normal Fees are £10 per month subscription and 50p per case entry).

 

Any current Clients will not be issued any bills for subscription or usage.

 

We will ensure that this is honoured until the beginning of June, at which time we will review the situation in light of the then Government advice.

 

That is an initial 2 months with no fees, and possibly longer depending on how the situation develops.

 

We are not sitting still either. Our coders work remotely and are collaborating to push out new features on a daily / weekly basis. Our most recent feature is file uploading, so that users can securely share files between other users in their firms, without the need to buy or install encryption software.

 

We are currently working on Agent Instruction and Automated Agent Case Management features to help instruct and keep on top of work that needs to be sent out to others and we hope to release this shortly.
